For this, we test all assembled pieces using the air leak test system. It ensures that their pressure bearing capacity is as per the set standards, and none of them have any leakage.

We understand this very well, and therefore we have established our plant in Rajkot, which is considered to be the capital of Saurashtra. It provides us access to highly-skilled and experienced workers, raw material suppliers, and a vast market.
Our 2200 sq yd plant can handle bulk orders and perform all the operations needed to convert raw material to finished and QC passed products. Our skilled workforce operates the latest machinery imported from Switzerland, Japan, and China. As a result, we can produce high-quality disc cartridges of different specifications in large batches at low costs.

We don’t want to leave any possibility of product failure. So, our quality control process starts right from the arrival of the raw materials. Our QC department checks material for compliance with the specifications so that finished items meet the highest standards of quality.
Our material quality test and air pressure test are effectively helping us achieve almost zero defects. However, we follow one more quality control process, that is, random water check. At this stage, we take some of the pieces from every batch and test them with water.
